Job Description

The Four Seasons Resort & Residences is looking for Sales Coordinator to join our talented pre-opening team! Don’t miss this unique opportunity to join our team and be part of the world’s leading luxury hotel company.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinates all corporate and group sales lead arrangements upon task assignments
  • Receives, processes and reviews group rooming lists.
  • Works with group contacts to facilitate program planning i.e. confirm meeting arrangements, double-check space and room blocks, makes suggestions for activities outside hotel, assists in transportation arrangements, special amenities, upgrades, etc.
  • Helps in communicating group needs and specifications to all departments in the hotel via active participation in group resume meetings
  • Is attentive and responsive to group’s needs while in hotel.
  • Follows-up each group with Post-Conference reports and reviews group billing.
  • Inputs all group bookings, and updates bookings activity on a weekly basis in Golden: Sales & Catering.
  • Updates sales database in Golden: Sales & Catering.
  • Responds properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
  • Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times and conducts personal behavior in a mature professional business manner when representing the hotel or company to our contacts and representatives.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

Luxury hotel Sales experience at a similar level

College Education Or Equivalent Experience Preferred.

Excellent command of the English language
