About The Position
- Preparing sales transaction invoices by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting the process through internal liaison.
- Vehicles handover with all the relevant docs update
- Liaising with customers to complete the vehicles registration documents
- Maintaining In house finance files
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
- High school diploma or GED.
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
