We are looking for an experienced Sales Administration Assistant to work with DOMASCO in Qatar. As part of the Sales team, you will support Sales by planning, organizing and implementing administrative systems. You will be responsible for receptionist duties including answering the switchboard and handling some administration functions related to the GAC cars showroom.
Specifically, Your Responsibilities Will Include The Following
- Ensure the switchboard are answered quickly and professionally and calls directed appropriately.
- Welcome customers to the showroom and direct them to SEs
- Assist the sales team with sales activities, including the booking of sold cars, sending and follow up of PDI requests, & invoicing of sold units (New and used) for the showroom
- Handling and filing sales-related documents like warranty book, second set, test-drive form and insurance.
- Handling and controlling the demo keys & used cars keys
- Ensure the cars are displayed with correct model nameplates, price boards, specification stands, POS material
- Ensure brochures are available
About The Position
The ideal candidate for this role should have a basic qualification and must have at least 2 years of reception or administration experience preferably in the automotive industry. You should also be able to communicate effectively and be able to work under pressure while working to deadlines and attending to multiple tasks. Confident and effective at providing information will be an asset.
