- Cross-check all shipments against manifest for duty exempt, high value and restricted commodities.
- Check manifested values against invoice value in DCVS, CIA & Paper works.
- Prepare Export documentation for Road and all unscheduled trucks to DOH during the time of duty.
- Daily system updates for on-hold shipments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal style
- Excellent personal presentation, grooming and hygiene
- Good clear command of the English language
- Excellent organisational skills, including ability to prioritise workload
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative/judgement to solve job related issues
- Prior experience in a transport industry preferable
- Good at building relationships and interpersonal skills
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
- Sound educational background, with basic knowledge of the Service Industry
