We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic and energetic sales professionals for our high-end fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, perfumes and accessories stores. You will involve in creating a first-class customer experience for our VIP clients while thriving the sales.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals through effective use of selling techniques and upselling.
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and create a welcoming environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
- Maintaining solid product knowledge in terms of unique features, trends and specifications
- Responsible for focusing on clientele development, building strong relationships with customers
- Assist in floor moves, inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and display maintenance
- Support solve problems and make informed suggestions that affect the service, and productivity of the boutique
- Work effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor, cash point, fitting rooms and stockroom are well maintained
Your Desired Skills
- Minimum 5 Years’ experience in the luxury retail industry
- Sound knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand
- Strong interpersonal, communication in both English and Arabic,
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
