
Restaurant Supervisor

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you should be a passion about food and beverage, have a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of the restaurant. A natural leader, you are to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its reputation and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provides leadership and guidance to all front operations, ensuring excellence in guest service.
- Improve all revenue areas & development strategies to ensure profitability and sales growth
- Ensures a spotless service is delivered to all guests anytime, and that their needs and expectations are fulfilled to the highest level and down to the smallest details.
- Ensures the restaurant is adequately staffed with properly trained associates to cover day to day operations as well as special events
- Maintain proper restaurant cleanliness, set-up, housekeeping and ambience
- Ensure food safety and sanitation systems are in place to meet all hygiene and Qatar F&B regulations
Desired Skills
- At least 5+ years of experience in full service of a premium high-end restaurant
- Associates degree or diploma in restaurant management or hotel school
- A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
- Able to maintain good energy and positive image to guests and staff
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable while working in a fast-paced environment
