Job description:

To ensure the nurses follow the nursing guidelines as established by the organization
Promote QHMC services through meetings and/or presentation when required in order to meet the client’s needs
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations and symposiums
Establish and maintain current, accurate, confidential files for each patient/client
Deliver the required training for nurses upon QHMC training needs analysis and customer demands
Make appropriate visits to current clients whenever possible to ensure delivery of compassionate quality care as evidenced by adequate service provided.
Consult with family members and other support groups to ensure that care is ongoing and that all client needs are identified and met
Coordinates between departments for smooth daily operational activities
Monitoring of Qualitative Objectives for the Nursing Department indicated in ISO 9001:2015 certification of Quality Home Medical Care
Teach and direct non-professional nursing personnel
Ensuring the Quality Management System is followed within the organization
Organize and lead in nursing service meetings, continuing education, and other activities
