A large group is currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist for a new role due to reorganization. Reporting to Head of HR Shared Services will be a key role during a time of growth who would have a Recruitment Officer as a direct report.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing recruitment activities, including developing policies and procedures for sourcing, selecting and hiring the best talent from multi-discipline organizations and skillsets, in line with the manpower plan and attrition to meet companies’ requirements. Oversees the Recruitment team’s performance and guides the team to ensure that organization and Joint Venture Companies’ staffing requirements are satisfied in a timely manner, with a competent workforce, and in a most cost-effective approach.
Applicants are welcomed from those who hold a degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position with international recruitment experience.
