About The Role

We are hiring for your skills to be responsible for providing coordination, communications, administrative and information management support to the Global Recruitment team. Coordinators support the TA delivery teams by ensuring the delivery of an empowering experience to candidates and internal recruitment process customers. Coordinators can be allocated to any role within the Recruitment Operations Team. They are allocated tasks based on business needs and workload distribution. All coordinators are expected to be able to perform any of the tasks with minimal handover in order to ensure the highest level of flexibility for the operation.

Other Operational Duties Would Include

  • Deliver coordination and administrative support to the Global Recruitment Team
  • Ensure that all the information is tracked and logged in the appropriate systems
  • Responsible for processing SMA’s and Offers for internal and external candidates, making sure that they meet all requirements and within indicated time frames.
  • Raise staff movement forms for internal and external candidates
  • In line with company policy, ensure that all mandatory SMA-related documentation has been obtained, and that all necessary approvals have been acquired ahead of raising a SMA
  • Ensure that candidates’ personal details are accurately captured in Oracle HRMS
  • Follow up with SMA internal approvers when needed and coordinate queries between approvers and recruiters as needed
  • Work closely with IT team to resolve any technical issues or concerns associated with SMA submission
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality with regard to the information contained in candidates’ SMAs and Offers
  • Regularly meet with recruiters to discuss and agree upon any changes, particularities and challenges related to the departments in their respective area.
  • Appropriately escalate questions and concerns to team leaders, managers and recruiters, if required
  • Exercise the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality regarding candidate recruitment operations
  • Generate offers in Oracle HRMS

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR – Talent Acquisition Team

  • Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent is required
  • Hospitality, Events Management, other customer service industries or HR studies preferred
  • minimum 4 years of job-related experience required
  • Experience working in a high volume, high demand role
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment Preferred
  • Experience in a large scale shared services, corporate environment or a high volume customer service environment
  • Middle East work experience
  • Experience in working on HR systems is preferred
  • Experience managing own tasks, priorities and workload without heavy oversight
