Seeking a strong experienced Recruiter with success in sourcing and hiring senior managerial and head roles in a Bank/Financial institution or experience working in a Recruitment Agency with financial services clients /roles as a specialization.

This role requires you to be a strong successful sourcing strategist to be able to execute recruitment activities of CB and all its subsidiaries in order to select the most suitable candidates in line with CB operational and strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business or Human Resources
  • Post qualification in Human Resources is desirable

Required Experience:

  • Based in Qatar with an understanding of the laws and regulations
  • 6-9 years’ relevant experience in Recruitment
  • Previous working experience in a Bank / Financial institution or with a Recruitment Agency specialized in financial services
  • Core Focus in handling Senior Technical, Managerial and Head roles
  • Full 360 recruitment cycle experience
  • Managing vendors and negotiating contracts
  • Experience in building successful client relationships
  • Target driven and successful in exceeding KPis
  • Experience working on HR Management Systems such as Success Factors (SAP) etc.
  • Expert in using job tools such as Bayt, LinkedIn, Gulf Talent, etc.

Knowledge, & Other skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
