Receptionist (Female) – Health Care

Skills needed /Experience

  • 3-5 years related experience (the medical facility is an advantage)
  • Bilingual – English and Arabic (Excellent in both languages)
  • Computer skills in MS Word /Excel
    Excellent communication skills (speaking/ writing)
  • Usage of our internal systems All scripts and My care (view option only will be provided); training will be given
  • Insurance knowledge if possible to answer basic questions (training will be provided)
  • NO cash handling

Tasks to be performed (Training will be provided)

  • Booking appointment in AS
  • Greet and welcome patients
  • Giving information to the patients /visitors based on privacy about their financials if asked
  • Provide directions to various clinics
  • Escort patients to the clinics
  • Answer calls and take actions (divert/forward/answer to query etc.)
  • Print documents for patients if needed (results/forms etc.)
  • Should know about our physicians to share with our visitor/patients if queried
  • Handle complaints and call for escalation immediately (should manage with empathy and patience)


Salary+ housing+ transport+ insurance
