As a Public Transport Marketing Planner, you will be Managing the planning, organization and implementation of the Qatar Public Transport Marketing Strategy.
You will have autonomy over managing all outreach and marketing programs required for the successful implementation of the Marketing Strategy and oversee and approve marketing and advertising campaigns.
You will oversee and approve marketing and advertising campaigns, manage all Marketing activities and documents lessons learned, where required altering the program to address the lesson learned.
You will be responsible for consulting with the public and private sector stakeholders, develop schedules and budgets for assigned tasks and initiatives alongside providing scheduled reports to the Technical Affairs Director.
You will take ownership of arranging and conducting internal and external workshops and information sessions as required. It’s a great opportunity to interact with other governmental branches and regulatory agencies as required to ensure that Marketing activities coordinate with efforts of other transport partners alongside creating presentations to senior management of the MoTC and other agencies.
Desired Skills and Experience
As a successful candidate you will have a degree in Transport Planning / Marketing or a related field with experience in the administration or direct management of large, complex projects or operations related to Marketing and/or public transportation with responsibility for planning and delivery of projects that address Marketing initiatives. You will have a working knowledge in the GCC of Marketing implementation principals alongside excellent analytical skills. You must be fluent in English – reading, writing, and speaking (required) and Arabic is desirable but not mandatory.
