Job Description

The Four Seasons Resort & Residences is looking for Public Relations Coordinator to join our talented pre-opening team! Don’t miss this unique opportunity to join our team and be part of the world’s leading luxury hotel company.

Essential Functions

The Public Relations Coordinator supports Director of PR & Communications with a wide range of communication and organizational needs as well as general office duties to support Sales & Marketing Division.

Experience

Preferred at least two to three years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks
  • Must have a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including creating compelling and engaging presentations
  • Knowledge of InDesign and production methods in graphic arts and collateral
  • Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors
  • Experience with social media platforms, consumer engagement and strong awareness of the digital world
  • Experience with photoshoots and video creation
  • Experience arranging media and influencers stays and visits
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Attend internal meetings for Food & Beverage, Catering, Spa, and Rooms and will be actively involved in maintaining communication and promotional calendars for each department
  • Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language
  • Be friendly, customer centric, smile and able to work in a team environment
  • Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
  • Assist in other areas of the department as needed
  • Assist in the development and timelines of hotel promotions, print and digital advertising include paid social media, e-direct mail pieces, newsletters and collateral (lobby reader board screens, promotional offer cards and signage) are in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
  • Proof reads all marketing material, including: collateral, direct mail, advertising, printed promotional pieces, guest correspondence, etc. as required.
  • Coordinate the appearance and maintain storage of all Hotel print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, in-room collateral, etc
  • Maintain the storage of all Brand guidelines, communication toolkits, and agency PR strategic plans
  • Assist in creating monthly, quarterly and annual PR & Communication summary reports including, but not limited to, PR Impact, media coverage and clippings, digital KPIs, social media, and Revinate reports
  • Manages online and offline presence of Hotel including content and images on Four Seasons owned channels (FS.com, Four Seasons App, Preferred Partner, Sales Resource, etc.) and partner websites, ensuring alignment with the Hotel’s positioning, business objectives, and storytelling
  • Partners with operations team to promote guest data capture, usage of the Four Seasons App, and online guest reviews
  • Manage Local Mailing List Manager Hotel email database and communication schedule to this audience
  • Manages online reputation, including monitoring, reporting sentiment to internal stakeholders, and leading community responses
  • Supports agency partners with digital marketing tactics including SEO, PPC, email marketing and display advertising to ensure messaging and creative is aligned across all platforms
  • Provides action plan for continuous improvement to Marketing Scorecard in Content Quality, Social Media Engagement, FS.com channel mix index with an ROI mindset.
  • Assist with media events, journalist and influencer stays, and press trips such as by assembling press kits, sending photos, creating itineraries, making reservations
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
  • Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
  • Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Create and manage company profile on the GOLDEN, including deposit schedules, creating and updating bookings, and manipulating events in the function diary
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

Luxury hotel experience on a similar level

College Education Or Equivalent Experience Preferred.

Excellent command of the English language, Arabic speaker is an advantage
