Role Summary

The sole PM within Qatar looking after all construction and Real estate matters for Cloud Kitchens. They are fully responsible for planning and overseeing a specific project or a wide range of different Kitchen projects from beginning to end. They balance the budget, keep track of supplies, collaborate with subcontractors, and ensure all regulations are met and permits acquired. He will be the sole person reporting to the Construction Director.

  • Support in the development of Development Appraisals
  • Conduct the tender process for subcontractor and equipment suppliers
  • Lead and Communicate with Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule
  • Represent DHK with Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors
  • Administer financial aspects of the contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders
  • Review the general contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones
  • Create a schedule of values and project logs, plan for project safety and mobilization, including review and validation with team members
  • Maintain the buy schedule, write scopes of work, distribute and log subcontracts, write required contract riders and purchase orders, and confirm compliance with project insurance requirements
  • Attend all schedule and management meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project, chairing as appropriate
  • Manage all requisitions and payments including lien releases and project payroll and maintains best possible cash flow throughout the project, communicating issues proactively
  • Deliver all necessary manuals to the management, consolidates project documentation and files
  • Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, and punch list process
  • Deliver all warranties, as-builts and training to the management

What Did We Order?

  • Electrical or Mechanical engineer
  • Expertise in MEP design and contracting of F&B projects
  • 5 years experience in MEP project management
