Key Tasks And Responsibilities

• Responsible for Management of all phases of large and/or complex offshore projects
• Represents McDermott in front of the Client
• Has bottom line responsibility for the financial, technical, and QHSES success of the project
• Provide strategic leadership for the project team
• Delivering the Project in accordance with the approved budget and baseline schedule
• Ensuring the Project activities adhere to the requirements of the Quality Management System and HSE Management System
• Responsible for the development approval and implementation of Project Execution Plan
• Ensures that the closeout activities are properly performed, and documents submitted as required by the contract and McDermott Closeout Procedure
• Oversees the planning and resource allocations of personnel throughout the project
• Define role, responsibilities and authorizes for reporters
• Ensures that the Main Contract is correctly administered, including an agreement to the variations to the scope of work

Essential Qualifications And Education

• Minimum 10 years project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject
