Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Procurement Liaison Officer.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in Hospitality and Major Events
• Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, organization rules, and the democratic political process.
• Reviews legislation, regulations and precedents and studies veterans medical report & service history to evaluate determine the validity of the claim.
• Purchases inventory and high-volume items by sourcing items from approved vendors; negotiating the price & procuring supplies from vendors, monitoring and maintaining inventory items.
• Identifying potential product conversions for cost savings, coordinating the trial process and working with end-users, vendors and buyers.
