Your Tasks

EPC offshore preparation readiness:

  • Ensure all EPC activities related to preparation of offshore campaigns are in line with company objectives in coordination with package leads
  • Develop associated reporting and piloting tools
  • Coordinate with Phase 2 planner to develop L4 offshore schedule and progress reporting in due time

Offshore execution:

  • Ensure offshore execution is closely followed-up and reported to package lead in charge and lead daily morning call;
  • Identify deviations and proposed mitigation measures to management;
  • Coordinate with offshore planner accordingly;
  • Ensure onshore/offshore coordination and reporting with package leads.

Interfacing:

  • Ensure interfaces within Phase 2 packages is coordinate and managed with regards to offshore activities, deconflicting or synergizing tasks as required;
  • Be EPC focal point regarding preparation and execution of offshore activities in close coordination with packages lead;
  • Ensure close coordination within MP entities regarding preparation and execution the offshore activities organizing monthly dedicated meeting;
  • Participate to coordination with company other entities involved in offshore activities in particular IOP and shutdown preparation meetings and committees.

Flotels / POB:

  • Participate to definition of offshore flotel needs with all involved parties;
  • Defined and manage offshore projection tools to help defining priorities and help management decisions.

Your Profile

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering;
  • Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas project with minimum 5 years experience as Project Engineer;
  • Experience within a project team: At least 10 years’ experience at senior level within large multinational taskforce team environment;
  • Experience in offshore SIMOPS, hook-up and Shut Down preparation and execution is a must;
  • Available for technical missions worldwide;
  • Familiar with Total General Specifications, Prodom, MOQ standards and relevant codes and standards;
  • Language: Fluent English;
  • Computer literate.
