The incumbent will be responsible for content creation, design development and implementation, and online partnership building. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining a consistent brand look and feel throughout all web properties.
Assist in the creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes for the External Communications Department and assist in monitoring their achievement on a periodic basis
Provide input in related budgets to facilitate the delivery and execution of the communications budget and strategy.
Support in building and maintaining strong and effective communication flow with all departments to achieve the Group’s goals/ objectives.
Assist in maintaining regular contact with Business Heads, Managers and Leaders to ensure full integration and congruence objectives with Business goals and objectives.
Implement the departmental policies and procedures which will set out the principles, methodology and techniques to establish an effective presence on the internet.
Create, develop and manage content for the organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software)
Responsible for ensuring that graphics, logos, illustrations and electronic communications adhere to QNB branding policy and quality standards.
Analyze business and user requirements and make recommendations regarding the design.
Prepare textual content for websites (including feature articles, advertising copy, database content, links, FAQs, etc.).
Responsible for crafting site promotions, email newsletters and online outreach campaigns.
Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties.
Locate and select appropriate, existing multimedia content, including still images, animations, music and video.
Work with the other members of the Internet team to ensure the integrity of the information provided on all web pages.
Knowledge of HTML, Quark, Adobe and Database management as well as web-page and design such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
Actively participate in meetings that aim to assess the individual as well as the department’s overall performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Web Design / Multimedia.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Content Management and Web Design.
