Job Description


DLA Piper is a global law firm, an organically growing organisation, with great ambitions, defined strategy and wonderful culture is currently looking to expend its Doha office by a new Office Coordinator/Receptionist, who will support our Qatar business and represent the firm as a first point of contact.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive and precise individual, with an attention to detail and friendly and personable presence.



  • Answering telephone and handling calls and enquiries professionally
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring highest level of care to clients
  • Maintaining appearance of reception area and meeting rooms
  • Co-ordination/booking of meeting rooms
  • Maintain high level of hygiene in front of house / client areas, including adherence to relevant Covid-19 related protocols
  • Provision of refreshments for client / external visitor meetings
  • Booking flights/hotels/taxi’s
  • Maintaining incoming/outgoing postal logs
  • Managing outgoing courier service
  • Provide assistance to the marketing team with arrangements for external conferences and meetings
  • Provide assistance to the marketing team with arrangements for social/client events
  • Recording and distributing messages to staff

Administration Support

  • Provide assistance to the Qatar team with the monthly billing process
  • General typing of documents as required
  • Assist with production of Capability Statements and other general marketing collateral
  • Overall responsibility for managing office stationery supplies
  • Other adhoc administration support as required


  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Arabic language preferred but not essential
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Professional and polished appearance
  • Friendly and polite manner
