Position Name: Office Boy

Reporting To: Admin Coordinator through Facility Coordinator

Qualification

  • Preferably Secondary School & above.
  • Experience Required
  • Preferably one year of working experience in any company.

Additional Optional Requirements

  • Preference is given to candidates having a working knowledge of Microsoft Word. Communication abilities in the Arabic language will be an advantage.
  • The driving license of GCC / Qatar will be an advantage.
  • Mandatory Language English. (Should be able to communicate)

Primary Responsibility

  • To maintain hygiene and carry out other admin functions as required by the company.

Tasking

  • To keep Office area premises and storerooms in a neat and clean condition
  • To maintain hygiene of Pantry and all Washrooms.
  • Serving Tea / Coffee to guests as well as employees.
  • Helping in the conduct of events / Company Outings/functions of the company.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned based on aptitude and experience.
