Job Description

Our company is looking for an office assistant/key account management to handle clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

To be selected as a candidate, you will need to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain common office areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Helping with client reception as needed.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  • Setting reasonable sales quotas to be completed by the sales team.
  • Developing long-lasting relationships with new customers.
  • Managing existing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Developing and implementing effective account plans to retain existing customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs.
  • Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services.
  • Collecting customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls.
  • Cold calls and email marketing

Job Requirement:

  • University Degree
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Communicate with Customers and Suppliers.
  • Knowledge of English/Arabic is essential.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft applications a must
