Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for supervising multiple Restaurants, overseeing various processes and positions within each outlet. You will handle the budget for each unit, ensuring goals are met as per company standards. You will assist to recruit and train new staff, review regular reviews of all staff under you, giving updates to higher management as needed or requested. Maintain proper relationships with staff and respond to their concerns. You will facilitate training and programs that would maximize the staff’s productivity and efficiency. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, especially in determining and achieving goals for the team and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily briefings and maintain ongoing communication and training.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
  • Ensure all 3rd party delivery apps are maintained properly and orders are dispatched correctly.
  • Manage store delivery drivers including standards and appearance of the bikes.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensure completion of any tasks, goals, or projects assigned to you or the outlets you oversee.
  • Suggest and create plans to ensure stores are profitable.
  • Coordinate hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and supervision for a staff of each outlet assigned to you.
  • Work with the restaurant lead supervisor to develop unit specific goals and plans to achieve them.
