Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Technical Superintendents of ships and Marine Companies to understand their needs and technical specifications and offer accurate and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) approved materials
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries and prepare quotations as per requirements
  • Coordinate with Stores for timely deliveries, ensure proper documentation of delivery notes, invoices and receipts
  • Follow up with customers for payments in a given credit limit and period
  • Coordinate with Customers and Vessel’s Technical Assistants / Masters for delivery related issues and facilitate their resolution
  • Report to Assistant Manager on any techno-commercial issues
  • Follow Milaha specified systems, policies and procedures, compliance with legal and Risk Management in all activities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to be submitted to Management
  • Perform other duties as required
