Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Ability to conduct customer segmentation and develop associated personas
  • Identify most suitable channels (digital and traditional) to connect with customer segments and identify their needs and purchasing habits.
  • Facilitating market penetration ensuring business and brand growth.
  • Collaborating with other Halalys internal teams (technical, marketing, sales, and operations teams) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance and efficiency of marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Applying growth hacks and tactics that would positively impact the business’s marketing and sales.
  • Working with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.

Qualifications for Marketing Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing with deep knowledge of Qatar business environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
  • Presentable, has the ability to lead conversations, and can properly present the brand.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
