- Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Ability to conduct customer segmentation and develop associated personas
- Identify most suitable channels (digital and traditional) to connect with customer segments and identify their needs and purchasing habits.
- Facilitating market penetration ensuring business and brand growth.
- Collaborating with other Halalys internal teams (technical, marketing, sales, and operations teams) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- Analyzing and reporting on the performance and efficiency of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Applying growth hacks and tactics that would positively impact the business’s marketing and sales.
- Working with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
Qualifications for Marketing Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing with deep knowledge of Qatar business environment.
- Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
- Presentable, has the ability to lead conversations, and can properly present the brand.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
