About the job

The purpose of this position is to lead and manage all the Marketing and operations activities of our real estate brokerage portal in order to reach organizational and financial goals, in addition, to insure the effective, smooth, and successful business.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic goals which will help make a significant impact on the growth of the company.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations in accordance with company policies and standards to maximize profitability and efficiency. This includes following up with all the team members and making sure they are doing their tasks according to the highest standards.
  • Conduct operational audits and ensure processes are in compliance with corporate policy.
  • Develop policies and procedures for implementing quality and customer-service standards.
  • Develops annual Marketing & operating budgets and monitors operational expenses on a regular basis and implements strategies to ensure expenditures remain within prescribed budgets.
  • Work effectively with the Managing director to implement various cost effective policies and procedures and help maximize the revenues thus enhancing the profitability of the company.
  • Supervise and administer the buyers agents to ensure successful deals closing.
  • Review and enhance the marketing plans, materials, and Advertisement which are prepared by the marketing specialists, then present it to the Managing director for approval.
  • Suggest new IT systems and software’s which can help improve the efficiency of the business by reducing the turnaround time to deliver business.
  • Undertake continuousin-depth understanding of the new laws and regulations of the Qatar property market and being aware of the current legal issues of the country specifically pertaining to the property law.
  • Ensure alignment of the work achievements with the corporate organizational and financial periodic goals.
  • assist in the hiring, training, and management of new team members as the business grows.
  • evaluate the team members through the yearly appraisal system.
  • Send monthly report email to the Managing director regarding the work process, development, number of new registered clients, number of total properties, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Management/Marketing/or IT
  • 4 years’ experience in managing real estate-related apps, portals or websites.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English, both written and oral.
  • Excellent knowledge with rules and regulations of real estate industry in Qatar.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent skills in computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.).
  • Can think strategically and be proactive with ideas and opportunities.
  • Has a high degree of accuracy with excellent attention to details and time management skills.
