ACS Doha is looking for a Marketing Officer – Digital and Campaigns to drive enrolment and engagement amongst key audiences through effective digital and marketing campaigns and activities. They will be responsible for delivering a world-class digital presence for ACS Doha ensuring it maintains its super-premium market position. They will build, manage and track effective campaigns working hand in hand with the Admissions team to manage the customer journey from inquiry through to conversion.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Inputs into the marketing strategy which is led by UK Head of Marketing & Admissions
  • Leads campaign planning for online and offline activities to drive enrolment in line with business objectives
  • Inputs into the production of annual marketing plan and expenditure
  • Informs key stakeholders of key competitor digital and campaign activities and recommends appropriate actions to ensure ACS remains current and competitive
  • Following the agreed direction of Digital Marketing Manager and in collaboration with Dean of Admissions, manage ACS Doha web pages and improve efficiency and SEO
  • Oversees all website content and ensures it is on the brand on strategy for ACS but also on strategy for Doha’s local messages
  • Develop and execute a social media marketing plan (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube & Twitter if used) under the direction of Digital Marketing Manager UK to deliver a world-class social media presence for ACS Doha
  • Monitor and drive engagement in forums and recommend action where required to improve ACS Doha’s profile and ensure ACS Doha online reputation
  • Build an understanding of the Doha market and ACS relative position and ensures up to date information on the digital performance and activities of all key ACS competitors

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educated to Degree level and or qualification in marketing
  • Able to read, write and communicate to a native level of proficiency in English essential
  • Good writing style especially important
  • Previous Marketing experience essential, especially in marketing plans, managing campaigns, events and activities
  • Good practical experience of delivery through Marcomms channels, digital and traditional media
  • Strong agency and supplier management skills
  • Experience of working collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Good IT skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages, email, social media, CMS
  • Able to communicate in Arabic an advantage
  • Previous experience in the education sector an advantage
