Duties

  • Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in formulating all marketing collaterals including the hotel newsletter, direct mails, leaflets and handouts.
  • Developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns based on sales forecast.
  • Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, maintains databases, and prepares reports weekly monthly or annually if required.
  • Assist in handling events with the concerned departments within the hotel to make sure that all branding for sponsors is as agreed in contracts
  • Take photographs of all internal functions, banquet and conference functions and VIPs
  • Highly proficient and knowledgeable on Social Media (strategy making, campaign phasing, content creation, performance campaign targeting, community management and pixels)
  • Takes full responsibility on updating the internal digital signage and making sure it is as per the guideline.
  • Highly proficient and knowledgeable on Social Media (strategy making, campaign phasing, content creation, performance campaign targeting, community management and pixels)
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms such as website, social media channels, email blasts, SMS and other digital advertising campaigns
  • Graphic designs content for marketing actions such as HTML, banners, social media posts, flyers, presentations and the likes
  • Digitally literate and abreast of emerging digital gears and platforms, aware of the latest digital marketing trend and new technologies
  • Assist in overall marketing/digital strategy and astute in analyzing web data and analytics
  • Implement digital marketing activities across the board of digital marketing channels (website – knowledgeable in CMS, meta descriptions and SEO, Email Distribution platform which includes data collection, SEO and SEA
  • Manages and maintain the company’s owned, paid and earned media across different platforms

  • What you will be doing:
  • You will be managing marketing and communications activities to leverage results directed by Marketing & Communications Manager.
  • Assist in creating all marketing materials (Guest & internal, i.e., menus, leaflets in-room, etc.) and manage the production of all hotel and sales team collateral, branding, and logo items, ensuring all branding and company guidelines are followed. Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events
  • Support the Marketing & Communications Manager in maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant hotel departments are kept informed of marketing/communications objectives and initiatives.
  • Assisting in Setting up and managing hotel’s social media accounts and replying to guests’ comments and reviews.

Your Experience And Skills Include

  • Degree in Marketing, advertising, communications or related field is preferable.
  • Technically skilled in Adobe tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Prior work experience in managing marketing, communications, press for the company, and activities within the marketing department. Highly responsible & reliable
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and oral communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of the high-end luxury market is desirable.
