We are currently looking for a Marketing Communication Officer for one of its clients which is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services Company in Qatar with the following and terms and conditions.
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Must possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Must be able to understand Arabic.
- Management of social media communications and platforms preferred.
- Must have experience with design software including Photoshop, Illustrator and acrobat.
- Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have knowledge of Dynamics CRM and JungleMail.
- Manage all website updates including new page creation, updating past pages, updating menus, updating forms, ensuring web pages are responsive, create and update SharePoint forms.
- Coordinate content needed with the agency for web pages, intranet and other deliverables.
- Assist with design and formatting SharePoint pages including layouts, typography, and image updates.
- Effectively communicate with marketing coordinators, business units, agency, and marketing manager to implement marketing initiatives.
- Active Google Analytics on different pages and manage/update Google business.
- Make necessary updates to forms and automated emails.
- Be at forefront of marketing technology, introducing new technologies as required.
- Ensure digital marketing material aligns with our brand’s identity and assist with marketing campaigns as needed.
- Design and prepares internal newsletters on vectors.
- Maintains and updates intranet.
