DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Property Upload to CRM and maintaining information.
  • Landlord Registration along with adding landlord owner to the property
  • Supplying Reference Number to properties uploaded on CRM
  • Receiving Listing Form from agents and accurately adding information to the property listing.
  • Supplying sales team with Quotation Reference
  • Uploading properties on platforms
  • Uploading Posts on Social Media
  • Providing Arabic and English content for property descriptions and social media captions
  • Providing Landlord Report to our clients
  • Maintaining Records of Developers and Accurately documenting them on CRM
  • Providing Client Registration with the Landlord when needed
  • Supplying Vacancy from Developers on a weekly basis
  • Maintaining Commercial Registrations
  • Blue Plate verification to match Property Description
  • Ensuring Map location of the property is accurate
  • Closing of deals effectively on CRM for the Agents
  • Proper Filling of all Agent Documents
  • Proper documentation filing for all Documents needed for Sales Department such as Marketing Agreement, Viewing forms, Listing Forms…
  • Following up with developers.
  • On Ground Support to the Sales Team
