Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive quotations from Suppliers and negotiate for discounted price
- Identify/locate new reliable suppliers as per the requirement of materials
- Make new product codes in Oracle Fusion
- Prepare Purchase Orders and send to suppliers
- Coordinate with store and maintain the stock of moving items
- Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Coordinate with store keeper for receiving the materials and proper arrangement for easy access and deliveries
- Coordinate with Local Purchase Assistant for Urgent supplies
- Follow Milaha specified systems, policies and procedures, compliance with legal and Risk Management in all activities
- Prepare weekly and monthly stock report to be forwarded to submitted to Management
- Perform other duties as required
