Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive quotations from Suppliers and negotiate for discounted price
  • Identify/locate new reliable suppliers as per the requirement of materials
  • Make new product codes in Oracle Fusion
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and send to suppliers
  • Coordinate with store and maintain the stock of moving items
  • Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries
  • Coordinate with store keeper for receiving the materials and proper arrangement for easy access and deliveries
  • Coordinate with Local Purchase Assistant for Urgent supplies
  • Follow Milaha specified systems, policies and procedures, compliance with legal and Risk Management in all activities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly stock report to be forwarded to submitted to Management
  • Perform other duties as required
