Our financial client in Qatar is looking to hire a Manager – Total Reward

Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in in a relevant field.
▪ 10+ years of experience required in Financial Services.
▪ Experience in operational management of Reward Programmes and managing international reward issues.
▪ Knowledge of developing and delivering reward strategies and solutions involving base pay, job evaluation and grading, variable pay/incentives, long term incentives, and benefits. Comfortable with both employee reward and executive reward agendas.
▪ Experience in bulge bracket investment banks is highly desirable.
▪ The role will be based in Qatar.
