About The Role

We are hiring your skills to manage the company On-boarding department for the overall smooth operation to support business strategic objectives in dealing with the rapidly increasing talent acquisition operations. Providing a consistent 5-star stakeholder experience from the offer letter issued to the candidate until new hire reaches continuing employment in their roles. This manager will define and evaluate onboarding planning strategies and is responsible for overall performance indicators in terms of quality, speed and cost of onboarding candidates. Additional duties would include the effective onboarding of executives, reporting & analysis, the overall experience of the candidates and coordinating with government services to enhance the process.

  • Overall implementation and monitoring the defined service standards and operating procedures for key team accountabilities in line with overall On-boarding policies.
  • Establish, evaluate and maintain service level agreements for the team, while considering the various different recruitment functions within the organisation.
  • Lead the alignment of onboarding procedures across the group by persuading and influencing other key stakeholders (e.g. Al Maha, Accommodation, Govt. Services).
  • Identify process improvements using multiple data collection methods such as feedback from candidates and stakeholders.
  • Establish department and team objectives to align with the wider business goals.
  • Train, develop and coach other employees to ensure succession planning is in place.
  • Ensure accurate and bespoke onboarding reporting is taking place to align with the wider department objectives.
  • Carry out regular meetings with government services functions to identify issues, trends and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure HR systems and tools are optimized in order to ensure the most efficient operation of the onboarding functions.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead the HR – Onboarding team

  • Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
  • 7+ years of specific On-boarding related experience.
  • Leadership and decision-making experience in HR, shared services, mobilization services, or another similar field.
  • Experience training and coaching.
  • Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition is essential.
  • Project management experience is required.
  • LEAN Sigma/Process improvement qualified and/or practiced is preferred.
