Ooredoo’s Consumer business unit is a critical part of the company’s first line customer-facing activities for all consumer product offerings and has a significant role to play in long term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans. The department is tasked with the management of all customer bill generation, the management of collections whilst maintaining agreed levels of customer satisfaction and limiting the company’s exposure to risk. It supports the division by achieving the balance between debt recovery and company image by planning, motivation and control.
About the Role
The role is responsible for leading the Credit & Collection strategy for Business Customers. Developing policies to facilitate business segment, ensuring timely billing and maximizing recovery. It is responsible for achieving Customer Satisfaction and managing churn of business customers to maintain Ooredoo’s Leadership position in the market.
