Job Description

About The Role

You will be managing and coordinating special assignments from senior management, takes inputs of the work-in-progress, finalise and present the operational studies to management, managing constraints to ensure on time delivery of assignments with maximum effectiveness. Manage and represent the QAS management office by providing excellent standard support in day-to-day operations. Promote the highest standards of corporate values through correspondence.

  • Provides specialist level business documentation support, including report writing, management presentation creation and perform the operational analysis studies.
  • Manage the relevant assign operational and business meetings, working groups, ensuring action points, follow ups and agreed actions are documented, included in weekly assignment tasks and communicated to all internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Work with HOD / Line managers for operational stats and clear information on operational scope in order to perform forecasting and other analysis. Provide the feedback and recommendation to SVP based on facts and analysis.
  • Manage and coordinate special projects, takes inputs of the work-in-progress and escalates any relevant issues to SVP in order to provide effective solutions to problems raised.
  • Responds to queries and requests for information and assistance, interprets and explains procedures and policies pertaining to internal inquiries of management.
  • Participates in developing an excellent understanding of the business environment, internal organisation process and ways of working with all operational and support departments.
  • Escalates any relevant issues to concerned departments/stakeholders in order to provide effective solutions to problems and build strong working relationships with external customers and internal departments.
  • Acts as first point of contact and provides key liaison with the main stakeholders within the business and externally to QR Group.

About you:

  • An ideal candidate will have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of job-related experience
  • Proven experience in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business.
  • Preferably with Airline/Airport/Airport Ground Handling experience
  • Command of English language
  • Should have a background in mathematical skills/ engineering /information Technology
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude, high degree of accuracy is required.
  • Advanced research and analytical skills.
  • Interpersonal skills with focus on problem resolution required.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively to meet given time parameters. Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization. Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Must possess a strong, decisive and collaborative leadership style.
