You will be a proactive and motivated individual who is ready to take on a busy and rewarding role working alongside and supporting the L&D Manager in identifying development needs and designing, creating and delivering L&D solutions across the organization.

Shadowing the L&D Manager you will handle a number of tasks such as assisting with key L&D projects, facilitating your own workshops and preparation of detailed excel reports including Pivot Tables. You will also organize workshop logistics/material preparation and handle feedback surveys.

About You

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in the same role, be a professional self-starter who is able to think on your feet in a busy environment and have high initiative. You should have previously facilitated workshops, have outstanding IT/Excel skills (Pivot table included) and have a strong eye for detail. Outstanding time-management and organizational skills are essential. You should also be approachable, flexible, well-organized and able to prioritize your own workload. In addition, you should be a good team player, committed to your own personal development and have a positive and professional approach.
