As an industry Solutions Advisor, you will be a senior solution leader within our education sales organization working with our most important education customers in support of the EMEA field team.
Your deep and recent successful experience developing and executing digital transformation includes providing the guidance and documentation required by education systems and head Teachers in K12 to begin their digital transformation journey. This includes: a vision, strategic, business, communication & marketing, policy and change management plans with user experience and technical architecture and solution designs that exemplifies the use of Microsoft Azure intelligent cloud services, Office 365 (particularly teams and PowerBi), Windows 10 devices (including Microsoft Surface), Azure (Cognitive Services), Intune for Education and Dynamics 365.
Advance education customer and partner priorities and strategies and plan programs of services that drive value and contribute to Microsoft growth through attainment of your revenue based, share based and/or consumption-based quota.
Expand customer relationships with your experience in working with contemporary development and deployment methods such as Agile methodologies and design thinking combined with your understanding to articulate Microsoft’s Education Industry Solution offerings recommending solutions that meet their requirements to drive larger impact for the customer selling Education services and solutions that grow consumption of Azure cloud services, Office 365, Windows 10 devices (including Microsoft Surface), Azure, Intune for Education, Dynamics 365 and Minecraft : Education Edition.
Drive Azure as the cloud for all education services including administration and communication services, analysis services, cognitive services, IOT and academic research by establishing strategic solution design wins across top research and leading institutions and K12 School systems.
Expand market penetration with immersive learning technologies to support emerging Education technology trends including AI, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Digital Content
Plan and oversee the solutions delivery and impact of services that drive customer objectives, outcomes and success and deepen digital transformation engagements with active use of the Microsoft Education Transformation Framework creating lighthouse examples of digital transformation including winback and compete.
Partner with other roles to ensure customer success in the acquisition, implementation, and consumption of Microsoft’s services and solutions. Specific accountability to interface with Microsoft Consulting and Microsoft Si Partners and facilitate engagement with our top Accounts. Demonstrate leadership to drive customer success feedback through surveys, listening systems and social mechanisms to identify and alleviate key customer success blockers.
Providing insight and feedback from customers and partners to the Microsoft Worldwide Industry Teams to help learning and improvement in industry solutions and digital transformation offerings on Microsoft Cloud.
