We are currently looking for a Junior Wealth Manager:

The Junior Wealth Manager will act as the dedicated point of contact for the High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) & Investment Banking client segment, ensuring prompt delivery of high quality/ enhanced banking experience, in compliance with the regulatory guidelines. The incumbent will be responsible for augmenting the service delivery/business development efforts of HNWI & Investment Banking section, including but not limited to product sales/income generation, acquisition and retention of clients, investment analysis, arranging optimal financial solutions, and resolving client issues/queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to raise large sums of capital from HNWIs for all product offerings throughout the year
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
  • Working on your own targets to achieve personal objectives and assist in achieving team targets for new clients/ assets/ revenues
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Alerting the management team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Having strong relationship skills with experience in managing and handling the sophisticated needs of clientele individuals and families
  • Being effective in gaining an in-depth understanding of client’s needs and advising on a diverse range of wealth management solutions
  • Delivering high-quality bespoke advice, maximizing value for our clients, and negotiating the best commercial outcome
  • Having experience in controlling and monitoring risk within a client book
  • Having excellent market exposure and multi-disciplined private banking expertise and excellent business development/cold calling skills
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the head.
  • Working closely with team members and product specialists to achieve high efficiency across departments.
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Monitoring own performance against set KPIs and flagging potential issues to seek support.
  • Updating the CRM as and when needed, ensuring client KYCs reflect the current state of business
  • When applicable Passing leads to the other QFB teams for maximized cross departmental revenue generation.
  • Being the key interface between the client and other parts of QFB
  • Discussing markets, their issues, and opportunities with clients
  • Utilizing the banker toolset and systems platforms and challenge current standards to continuously improve quality.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of total experience in the financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline.
  • Experience in banking with the HNWI & Banking client segment, with a strong understanding of the global banking industry.
  • Bilingual speaker preferred (Arabic & English)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Banking, Finance, Marketing, Economics
  • Strong portfolio of HNWI clients
  • Ability to raise large sums of capital in the local market
