Job Summary and Responsibilities
To assist IT Manager, Department Heads and users for the effective operation of Fidelio, Micros, networking, telephones, PCâ€™ s and other systems as well as conducting relevant periodic training and refresher training courses for the users. Monitor usage of available resources â€“ software and hardware. Troubleshoot problems in Fidelio, Opera, Micros and other systems. Support users in their daily operations.
1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of IT support experience in a medium-large organization is essential. Exposure to the hospitality industry is highly desirable
3. Basic knowledge in Fidelio, Opera, Micros, PC., LAN. and other applications widely used in the hospitality business is a strong plus
4. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
5. Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
