Our client in Qatar is looking to hire an IT Helpdesk Analyst.


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience.
  • Providing 1st line technical support to the internal users – taking inquiries by phone, email and ServiceDesk.
  • Record, track and document the help desk request problem-solving process.
  • Dealing with problems for hardware, such as servers, computers and printers and software programs.
