Insurance – Relationship Call Center Sales Lead


  • Work closely with the Insurance Companies’ in understanding the products/services
  • Achieve weekly, Monthly & Quarterly sales for the Insurance products & services
  • Training the Call Center Agents & Digital team on the product
  • Work with Digital Team in the execution of campaigns
  • Interview High profile prospective clients to get data about their insurance needs and discuss existing coverage
  • Explain the features of various policies
  • Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
  • Customize insurance programs to suit clients
  • Handle policy renewals
  • Maintain electronic and paper records
  • Help policyholders settle claims
  • Handle Escalations

Job Requirements:

  • 5-8 Years of Experience in Insurance/Banking Products & Services. Insurance Preferred
  • Languages – English, Arabic if available an added advantage
