Job Description


  • Build and maintain strong, long–lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with maximize profit.
  • Selling software and services for existing customers and new customers.
  • Identifying potential new clients and business opportunities.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client.
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
  • Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
  • Designing marketing strategies and media proposals for product or service.
  • Maintaining a good understanding of clients and their business strategies.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for company clients.
  • Meeting sales target.
  • Organizing and preform sales visits and demonstrating and presenting products.
  • Cold Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Acting as contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Creating detailed proposal documents, presentation and marketing materials.
  • Collect payments from his accounts on time.
  • Update and maintain CRM.
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
  • Feeding future buying trends back to employers.
  • Create and distribute customer surveys.


  • The candidate must be residing in Qatar
  • Minimum 2 years of experience must be in IT companies with proven experience in completing mid-term projects.
  • Good technical knowledge in web development.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
