Your Role:

Managing and responding to inbound leads via telephone and email.
Review prospect’s profile background and do preliminary eligibility evaluation.
Convert them into sales and achieve your targets.
Manage your database of leads.
Explain the detailed process and costs involved in one-to-one consultation.
Following up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to generate referral business.
Consistently make a good first impression when calling leads
Cold calling and engaging with potential clients in dialogue that opens opportunities
Commit to departmental and individual quotas/goals
Meet company expectations for excellent customer service
Update contacts database when necessary
Provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner


Someone who can Join Immediately
Excellent Communication Skills.
Target Oriented- Must be able to achieve the given sales targets within the allotted time frame.
Must be comfortable doing cold calling and should be active on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Candidate should possess the ability to generate leads through referrals, cold calling, schedule appointments for meetings, follow-ups, and closure of the deals.
Well organized with a pleasant personality
Ability to work with targets.
Sound judgment
