The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Build people team strategy for SNOONU (short and long term) and follow through on execution
- Create a coaching culture that supports professional and personal development
- Handling the Payroll
- Design and facilitate change workshops to develop change capability
- Lead on staff focus groups which create inclusion in business decision making
- Function as a consultant and counselor to key leaders and their respective organizations; engage in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into HR plans
- Support the company brand, vision and values to ensure staff feel part of the company
- Lead on and develop an employee communication strategy
- Implement of Corporate Responsibility strategy
- Lead on staff focus groups
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology with a Masters /MBA preferred. CIPD or GPHR certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role, preferably in a high tech environment
- Experience working with global teams, and driving organizational change initiatives and developing talent management plans for a global organization
- High levels of resourcefulness, influence/organizational savvy, execution skills (strategy through implementation) as well as executive presence/impact
- Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies
