Your Tasks

Management Systems

  • Awareness of company Integrated Management Systems (Quality; Environment; Occupational Health & Safety; Responsible Care; & Energy Management Systems; and IFA Product Stewardship);
  • Comply with all the relevant policies and procedures of COMPANY Integrated Management Systems;Company Strategy
  • Awareness of company’s Vision, Mission, Strategic Map & Core Values.Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Initiate the process of establishment of annual training budgets and plans and participate in monitoring and cost control. Identification of Training Needs;
  • Review and analyze the ITN requests to ensure that the recommendations are aligned with the set plans, job competency profile requirements and procedures.Annual Training Plans:
  • Compile Annual Training Plans through liaison with the business and inputs from EPAS reports and interpret these into action plans to ensure that the identified training needs are addressed in the most time efficient manner;
  • Prepare and implement the annual training calendar.Customizing Training Materials:
  • Contact and liaise with Training Vendors and Line Managers on the development of tailor-made training programs to ensure relevance.Training Events Scheduling & Coordination:
  • Schedule training events and invite participants in accordance with the training calendar;
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources, venues, and logistical arrangements for in-house training events to minimize disruption;
  • Liaison with training vendors regarding logistical requirements for external training events.Evaluation & Selection of Training Providers:
  • Develop pre-qualification criteria for the selection of potential Training Vendors;
  • Carry out reference checks of Training Providers to ensure relevance to the organizational requirements

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma (3 Years) in relevant discipline;
  • 3-5 years direct and relevant experience;
  • To meet the job specific skill/competency levels, as described in MAd-002 (company Skill Catalogue).
