About The Role

We are hiring for your skills to manage a timely and error free implementation of various HR separations activities for QR and Subsidiaries and ensures the employee separations are smoothly processed as per the schedule {full & final payment & employee repatriation).

The role will effectively manage the HR Separation Unit and initiates periodic improvement to the existing service standard

Other Operational Duties Would Include

  • Manages a range of HR separations for entire QR & Subsidiary staffs.
  • Ensures the production of Separations letters, standard responses and internal external letters for separations staffs (approx 1900 documents per month).
  • Coordinate and respond /communicate effectively to queries with regard to employment regulations, policies and procedures to employees, concerned department and HR business support.
  • Handles complaints & responds to various stake holder’s queries and assist and explain procedures and policies.
  • Implement Group Separations process for entire QR and subsidiaries.
  • Solely responsible for HR Separations and ensures a smooth and efficient separations {variable compensation, overtime, special payments etc).
  • Implement company’s specific Separations requirements and develop and oversee HRMS/IT solutions to manage the HR separations section.
  • Ensure and oversee the processing of Resignations/Terminations/Retirements/Absconding and deceased staffs separations is accurate and promptly processed.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR – System & Administration Team.

  • Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential with a minimum 6 years of job-related experience
  • 7 or more years overall HR experience
  • Proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Sound judgement, good problem – solving and analytic skills
  • Continuous process improvement capability
  • A diploma in Personal Management or Aviation or related qualification in HR will be an advantage.
