Our international client has an exciting contract role for a professional and accomplished HR Generalist who would be happy to work on a 6-month contract working within an established and driven HR Division.
About the role
The role will provide HR guidance and support to key Internal Stakeholders and business lines acting as a business partner ensuring companies’ goals and objectives are met during this period. Due to the role being a short term contract, the client requires the individual to be already based in Qatar and on family sponsorship.
You will be responsible for managing employee relations, compensation, and benefits. In this role, you will also be managing organizational development, employee contract management and performance management programs. You will assist with internal HR projects and manage legal compliance. In addition, you will handle the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the business strategy and the Qatari Labour Law.
The successful candidate should have at least 5-8 years’ experience in a solid generalist role and be based in Qatar on family sponsorship. You should be a strong team player with an adaptable and proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate a strong commercial and cultural understanding. You should be able to deliver processes and solutions which meet the organizations and their clients’ objectives within this fast past and driven environment. Ideal candidates should be able to start immediately.
