The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Temporary HR Administration Coordinator to join our Doha team – this is an immediately available part-time role, working circa 30 – 40 hours per week (we are flexible) and we anticipate that the contract will last for 3 months.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining employee records and filing systems
  • Supporting the contingent worker process
  • Time off tracking administration
  • Benefits administration, including addition and deletion of insurances
  • Maintaining various internal trackers (vacation, sick leaves, exits etc.)
  • Issuing salary/employment letters
  • Scheduling inductions for new hires

Who We Are Looking For:

  • We would ideally like you to have either previous HR Administration experience, or demonstrate a desire to move into Human Resources as a career
  • This role will suit either a Student Worker or someone looking for a Part-Time role
  • You must be able to start this role immediately and commit for at least 30 hours per week for 3 months
  • You will have excellent English language skills (written and verbal) and fluent Arabic is preferred
  • You must currently hold either a Family or University visa to live and work in Qatar
  • You must be currently residing in Qatar
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills are essential
