Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have knowledge of processing candidates through MADLSA as well as QFC
  • Facilitate all candidate’s immigration documentation and assist with annual checks.
  • Ensure that immigration procedures are completed in minimal time i.e. New Visa applications, Transfer of Sponsorship, QVC Processing, Resident Permits renewals, Drivers Licenses, Visa/ RP cancellations, Medicals, CID procedures, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with regulators within recruitment spheres.
  • Prepare and draft all letters and correspondences in Arabic to the relevant parties.
  • Must have knowledge of processing candidates through MADLSA as well as QFC
  • Facilitate all candidate’s immigration documentation and assist with annual checks.
  • Take full charge of the immigration cycle and in dealing with state entities.
  • Maintain a recruitment checklist and update the relevant departments on new joiners’ status
  • Liase with the relevant authorities and establish contacts in State departments
  • Must be able to attend physically at local state entities for any submissions or requirements.
  • Manage employee relations with regards to any immigration-related query.
  • Anticipates, best practices to remain relevant to the group needs.
  • Performs other duties as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:                        

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar degrees.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in HR within recognized firms.
  • Based in Doha, Qatar and can transfer immediately.
  • Computer skills including proficiency in common word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation programs.
  • Must have knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and QFC regulations including processing of recruitment through state entities.
  • Working experience in state services such as Hukoomi/ E-Government, QFC e-services, MADLSA portal, etc
  • Good understanding of business processes including, recruitment, immigration and HR related management.
  • Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English)
