Job Description:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
  • Ability to Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Work experience in Domain Environment, remote desktop applications, Telephone system and troubleshooting Microsoft based applications
  • On hands experience in troubleshooting computer, Laptops, printers, and network
