Experience: 3 – 5 years
Requirements: Qatar Based with NOC, Driving License and car.
Education: Bachelor degree/ Computer Science or equivalent certificate.
Professional Certificates are a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
- Ability to Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Work experience in Domain Environment, remote desktop applications, Telephone system and troubleshooting Microsoft based applications
- On hands experience in troubleshooting computer, Laptops, printers, and network
