Our client in Qatar is looking to hire a Help Desk – IT.
Requirements:
- ITIL Foundation or Equivalent.
- Up to 5 Years experience with a service desk role.
- You will be the go-to person for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Support related to desktop Infrastructure. Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance.
- Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to IT Help Desk Lead
- Ideally will be available in Qatar with valid QID.
