Recruitment Opportunity with Management Solutions International (MSI)

Our client in Qatar is looking to hire a Help Desk – IT.

Requirements:

  • ITIL Foundation or Equivalent.
  • Up to 5 Years experience with a service desk role.
  • You will be the go-to person for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Support related to desktop Infrastructure. Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance.
  • Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to IT Help Desk Lead
  • Ideally will be available in Qatar with valid QID.
